Shipping & Returns Policy


  • 每筆訂單滿 USD$75以上免運。
  • 訂單將於付款完成後三個工作天內建立,假日和預購商品除外。若訂單已進入配送階段,則無法取消訂單。
  • 部分美國境內廠商出貨時間較慢,特別是手工類品項,若遇庫存不足,重新叫貨可能需要2-3個星期。若KEPLUSONE 預估兩個星期內可以出貨,則不另外以email通知顧客。但若超過兩個星期以上才能出貨,KEPLUSONE會以email通知顧客是否要保留或取消訂單。
  • 若遇庫存、定價、商品相關問題,KEPLUSONE保留取消訂單的權利。凡取消的訂單,將以email通知後續事宜。
  • 部分商品將由廠商端直接出貨,若非特別註明,所有商品皆統一從美國北加州倉庫出貨。 
  • 訂單郵寄地址一律以顧客訂單填寫資料為主。若遇寄送地址錯誤需更改,須在訂單出貨前告知KEPLUSONE,已經進行配送的訂單,KEPLUSONE 無法進行任何變更,也無法負擔貨品寄丟的損失。
  • 若包裹運送過程發生遺失或是損壞的情況,請與supports@keplusone.com聯繫。
  • 不提供寄送至P.O. Boxes
  • 商品與預購商品,將盡可能以最優化運費與郵寄包材的方式,一起出貨。
  • 預購商品皆會標注預計到貨時間,但實際到貨時間會以依照清關驗貨等程序有異動可能。客服會隨時以email通知並在網站與社群更新公告。


  • 若遇產品損壞或是瑕疵品,請拍照存證,並於收貨日14日內聯繫
  • 若遇錯誤未訂購商品,請於收貨日14日內聯繫
  • 若非瑕疵品退貨,將會收20%庫存重新上架與退貨運費費用。
  • 退貨款項將退回原付款方式。
  • 退款將於10個工作天內完成退款程序。
  • KEPLUSONE 保有決定接受退貨與否的權利,退回的貨品須保持原包裝且未使用。
  • 開團預購商品,結團前取消訂單收5%手續費,一旦結團,即不接受取消訂單。
  • 清倉商品,不接受退貨。
  • 退貨詳細流程
    • 步驟 1 :聯繫 取得 RMA number
    • 步驟 2 :重新包裝好商品,以KEPLUSONE提供的退貨標籤退回。
    • 步驟 3 :退款將於退貨商品收到並檢查後10天內完成。 退貨運費將於退款中扣除。


  • Free ground shipping for all US orders above $75.
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays and pre-order items. Orders cannot be canceled once preparing for shipping.
  • For non-defective return orders, we will charge 20% restocking fee and return shipping fee.
  • Few US suppliers might require 2-3 weeks for made-to-order merchandises or insufficient stock. If KEPLUSONE can ship out within 2 weeks, we won't notify customers ahead. However, if lead time is over 2 weeks, KEPLUSONE will contact customers via email for further alternatives.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of any inventory, price, or other product related error. Orders cancelled will be notified via e-mail. 
  • Items are shipped from Northern California (United States) unless otherwise stated. 
  • Orders are shipped in accordance with customer's shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  • All orders with in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when pre-order items arrive at our warehouse with an exception that all furniture items will be shipped separately from other items. 
  • All pre-order items will remark expect shipping date. But the actual shipping date might be changed due to custom clearance and inspection. We will update and notify you through emails, and will also announce on your website and social platforms.


    • In the event damage product is received, please contact us at within 14 days after delivery date. 
    • In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at within 14 days after delivery date.
    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
    • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
    • All pre-order items are final and will be charged 5% processing fee if cancelled before the pre-order period is closed. We don't accept cancellation once the pre-order period is closed.
    • All sale and special promotion items are final.

      • Step 3 : Refund will be processed within 10 days after the returned merchandise is received and evaluated. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
